Planning was submitted in December 2023 to enable the delivery of up to 801,950 sq ft. A wide range of unit sizes is accommodated for, from 4,000 to 375,000 sq ft
As part of Phase 2, a community hub, with small retail units and food and beverage offering will be delivered at the estate entrance.
Further, the walking and cycling routes provided as part of Phase 1 will be extended across the estate and from Weeland road to the Canal Towpath.
